Duties of the Directors

There are 9 elected directors, three of whom are elected each year to fill a three year term as director.  The current directors are:

            For the term ending 30, September 2010 – John C. Brownrigg, James M. Colabelli and Eve Ward.

            For the term ending 30 September, 2011 - Joseph M. Behson, Raymond Turner and William Whipple.

            For the term  ending September 30, 2012 - Barbara K. Fioravanti, Patricia Lane, Robert R. Loveridge

These directors along with the officers, meet regularly once a month to conduct the business of the club.

Among other duties the Board determines the policies and activities of the club, elects and disciplines members, approves the budgets, approves the bills, takes counsel with committees, and has general management responsibilities.
